Why There's No 1960s Jetsons Art in Tomorrow's Big Animation Auction

Why There's No 1960s Jetsons Art in Tomorrow's Big Animation Auction

On Wednesday there's an enormous animation art auction in L.A. that includes some gorgeous pop culture history. It will include original animation cels from Fleischer Studios, concept art from Disney legend Mary Blair, and an original production drawing from Winsor McCay's classic 1914 film Gertie the Dinosaur. There's even some 1970s and 1980s Jetsons art that should pique the interest of any retrofuture fan. But there's one thing noticeably absent among the Jetsons pieces: any production cels from the 1962-63 iteration of the show?which was its first and only season until the 1985 reboot. But how can that be?

Freezing Could Be The New Energy-Saving Way To Clean Clothes

?

Could this be gross, or would it actually be the newest way to clean your clothes and save money? Rawr Denim has suggested a weird, wild new way to clean your clothes? by putting them in the freezer.

According to Rawr Denim, clothes funkiness and stench comes down to odor causing bacteria. Putting your clothes in the freezer will kill the bacteria and the funk.

It won?t bust stains, but if you just put your gently worn yet funky smelling clothes in the freezer, you could save water, electricity, and money.

Man accused of threatening anchors over coverage

Jodi Arias talks with her defense attorney, Jennifer Wilmott, left, during a hearing on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, in Maricopa County Superior Court in Phoenix. Arias was convicted of first-degree murder in the stabbing and shooting death of Travis Alexander. A new jury could be impaneled to decide whether she should be sentenced to death or life in prison sometime in late September, a judge said Tuesday, as attorneys continue to file motions and keep mum on any talk of a deal to resolve the case without another trial. (AP) ? A New York man has been arrested on allegations that he made threats on Twitter against two national newscasters who angered him with their coverage of the Jodi Arias trial, Arizona authorities said Monday.

David Lee Simpson of Bath, N.Y., was infatuated with Arias and became upset by comments from the two female anchors, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said.

Investigators found guns, handcuffs and other items in Simpson's car after taking him into custody in Bath, Arpaio said.

The sheriff declined to name the two anchors because he says Turner Broadcasting, which owns CNN and HLN, had asked his agency not to publicly identify them. But he did say one works out of Atlanta and the other out of New York.

An indictment that charges Simpson, 48, with three counts of computer tampering and two counts of stalking had not yet been made publicly available late Monday afternoon.

Simpson also is accused of threatening a Phoenix woman who defended the anchors online.

Arpaio says Simpson quit his job last week at a Bath auto repair shop and was later pulled over by police as he was leaving town.

The sheriff said investigators don't know whether Simpson was intending to carry out his threats, but he said items found in Simpson's vehicle were disturbing. Authorities found several weapons, zip ties and a news clipping about last December's mass shooting in Newtown, Conn.

It wasn't immediately clear why Arpaio's office had jurisdiction to arrest Simpson in New York.

Simpson is expected to be brought to Arizona on Wednesday, Arpaio said. Court records show he does not yet have a lawyer.

Earlier this year, a Maricopa County jury convicted Arias of murder in the death of her boyfriend Travis Alexander, but the jury later deadlocked at the sentencing phase of her trial.

A new jury could be impaneled to decide sometime in late September whether Arias should be sentenced to death or life in prison.

How to Create and Restore System Image Backups on Windows 8.1

system-image-recovery-windows-8.1

We previously reported that the system image backup feature was removed in Windows 8.1. This isn?t entirely true ? while the graphical interface for creating system images was removed, you can still create system images with a PowerShell cmdlet.

This is good news for system administrators, as it allows them to create and restore system image backups without switching to third-party tools like Norton Ghost. System images are different from recovery images created with recimg because they contain a full snapshot of the system?s hard drive, including user files and settings.

Create a System Image Backup

First, you?ll need to connect an external drive to your system, which will serve as the backup drive. You can also back up to a shared folder over the network. However, you can?t save the system image backup to the system drive or any other drives you?re backing up.

Next, open a PowerShell window as administrator. To do so, press Windows Key + X and select Windows PowerShell (Admin) in the menu that appears. You can also search for PowerShell from the Start screen, right-click it, and select Run as Administrator.

In the PowerShell window, run a command like the following one to start a backup:

wbAdmin start backup -backupTarget:E: -include:C: -allCritical -quiet

The above command tells the Windows to back up the C: drive onto the E: drive, including all critical volumes containing the system?s state. The -quiet switch tells the cmdlet to run without prompting you.

Of course, you?ll have to replace the values with your own preferred values. Instead of ?E:? for the backup target, use whichever drive you want to save the system image to.

If you wanted to back up several drives or partitions in the system image, you?d include them as a comma-separated list:

wbAdmin start backup -backupTarget:E: -include:C:,D:,F: -allCritical -quiet

You could also back up to a shared folder over the network:

wbAdmin start backup -backupTarget:\\remoteComputer\\Folder -include:C: -allCritical -quiet

For more information on the cmdlet?s syntax, consult the Wbadmin start backup page on Microsoft?s Technet site. You can also run wbAdmin start backup without any switches to view the command?s options.

The command will take some time to run. After it?s done, you?ll find a ?WindowsImageBackup? folder containing your backup images on the backup drive you specified.

Restore a System Image Backup

System image backups can?t be restored from within Windows as they?re overwriting the Windows system entirely. To restore a system image backup, you?ll need to boot from Windows 8.1 installation media, recovery drive, or system repair disc.

Insert the installation media or recovery drive and reboot your computer. When the installation process Starts, click the Repair your computer link.

Click the Troubleshoot tile to access the troubleshooting options.

Click the Advanced Options tile to access the options intended for advanced users.

Select the System Image Recovery option to re-image your computer from a system image.

Windows will walk you through restoring a system image backup. Connect the external drive containing the system image backup to your computer if you haven?t already ? you?ll be able to restore directly from it to your computer.

Microsoft has clearly hidden this functionality so average users will use Windows 8?s new File History backup tool and Refresh and Reset features.

Luckily, they haven?t removed this feature entirely, so system administrators and geeks can continue to create and restore system image backups on Windows 8.1 ? no third-party software required.

Bill de Blasio Says Long Island College Hospital Will Be Closed Illegally This Weekend, and He's Mad as Hell About It

After weeks of protests from doctors, nurses and community advocates, it looks a lot like Long Island College Hospital will be closing its doors this weekend. According to reports from several media outlets, doctors at the downtown Brooklyn hospital have been told to start transferring their patients to other facilities , a claim which the hospital denies. The closure would be a really interesting development, mostly because a temporary restraining order issued by a federal judge against the hospital's parent company, SUNY Downstate, which would seemingly prevent them from closing, is still very much in effect. The company says the hospital is losing $15 million a month and can't be saved.

And in the midst of all the protests and restraining orders and secret patient-moving, the LICH has become a serious campaign issue in the mayoral race. Especially if you're the exceedingly pissed off Public Advocate Bill de Blasio.

De Blasio, as you likely recall, got arrested at the last LICH rally on July 10, something he told reporters the night before that he was been planning on doing (no one looks this calm and noble eagle-ish while being surprise-arrested, believe us). At that same rally, Anthony Weiner dropped by, as did John Liu, neither of whom seemed eager to get themselves thrown in the pokey.

And yesterday, when a massive protest erupted in front of the LICH, culminating in a group of hospital staff trying to force their way inside, de Blasio was there again, along with City Council member Steve Levin and State Senator Dan Squadron, all of them demanding to talk to SUNY officials.

"These SUNY administrators are acting like thieves in the night," de Blasio said, according to NY1. "Closing down the hospital without showing what they're doing. But by tomorrow at this time there could be no patients left. By Sunday this facility could be shuttered."

The elected trio, along with a handful of other doctors/protesters and a trail of journalists, eventually made it to the office of interim SUNY CEO James Karkenny, where, according to the Brooklyn Eagle, he refused to talk to them, called security and then huffily locked himself in his office.

Not one to be left out of the fray, Christine Quinn released a strongly-worded statement on Twitter, writing: "Access to vital health care, esp during a heat wave, is essential. We demand #LICH keep its doors open as stipulated by law."

In effect, the only elected officials not saying anything about the LICH at this point are Mayor Bloomberg and Governor Cuomo. They might be forced to change that soon, if SUNY goes through with their alleged closure plans this weekend. In the meantime, another rally is planned for noon today in front of the hospital.

The Internet Is Making Writing Worse

Bad news for teens and tweens! A new Pew Research survey of teachers around the country found that today's digital technologies like the internet, texting and social networks make middle school and high school students likely to perform a number of academic atrocities, including using informal language in formal papers and plagiarizing. Students also have trouble reading long texts and forming complex arguments. So basically, everything everyone suspected is turning out to be true.

RELATED: Keep Wasting Time Online at Work: It's Better for Productivity

But it's not all bad news. Live tweeting Teen Wolf? and texting during third period isn't going to teach anyone to think critically about texts, but the new digital outlets are, according to the survey, "facilitating teens? personal expression and creativity, broadening the audience for their written material, and encouraging teens to write more often." And that's good. Your unlimited texting plan is still kind of an investment in your future. The survey found that:

  • 96% agree (including 52% who strongly agree) that digital technologies ?allow students to share their work with a wider and more varied audience?
  • 79% agree (23% strongly agree) that these tools ?encourage greater collaboration among students?
  • 78% agree (26% strongly agree) that digital technologies ?encourage student creativity and personal expression?

RELATED: What Would the Internet Look Like If Trolling Were Illegal?

But "collaboration" and "personal expression" aren't everything. In fact, "collaboration" might mean copying and pasting paragraphs from Wikipedia and (since you probably didn't finish reading the book, anyway) CliffsNotes. Eighty-eight percent of teachers said they spent class time??discussing with students the concepts of citation and plagiarism" and 75 percent said they had to teach their kids about copyright infringement. Teachers said students did not cite their sources well, and kindly blamed it on "how easy it is for students today to copy and paste others? work into their own and how difficult it often?is to determine the actual source of much of the content they find online." Nearly 50 percent of teachers rated their students' ability to "construct a strong argument" as fair or poor and 31 percent of teachers rated their students' ability to digest long or complicated text as poor, which means there probably are a lot of mediocre essays on the symbolism of the green light in The Great Gatsby. Not that there weren't before, but now it's easier to plagiarize, too.

RELATED: A BitCoin Heist and the Upside of Government Regulation

Grammar was the one thing teachers just couldn't seem to agree on, specifically how well our students are using it. Forty percent of teachers said new technologies made student more likely to use poor spelling and grammar, while 38 percent said they made students less likely to. That's hard to explain, but it might just be that spell check can only do so much.

RELATED: It's Time to Stop Arguing About the Pronunciation of 'GIF'

Despite chat-speak turning the brains of our nation's youth into silly putty, 50 percent of teachers said the Internet and digital tools made it easier for them to teach writing. That doesn't gel with all the complaining they're doing, especially since the vast majority of teachers surveyed, 94 percent, think students should write more by hand, but w/e.?According to the report, "teachers say they feel students do more active thinking, synthesizing, and editing when writing by hand, and writing by hand discourages any temptation to copy and paste others? work." So if anyone under the age of 18 still owns a lead pencil, now would be a good time to use it.

LAPD chief to violent Zimmerman protesters: 'You come here again tonight, you will go to jail'

Al Sharpton, accompanied by leading ministers of the black community, calls for a "national Justice for Trayvon Day," featuring rallies in 100 cities across the U.S. in the wake of the acquittal of George Zimmerman.

By Tracy Connor and Jeff Black, NBC News

A day after violent protests over the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the death of Trayvon Martin, city leaders and activists urged peace even as a leading civil rights activist said demonstrations will continue all summer ? starting with vigils in 100 cities on Saturday.

?We don?t want anyone hurt. We don?t want any cars broken into, and we don?t want any damages to business,? Eddie Jones of the Los Angeles Civil Rights Association? told NBCLosAngeles.com.

L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti and LAPD Chief Charlie Beck called for calm in a Tuesday afternoon news conference after a second night of unrest in the city in which 14 people were arrested, most for failing to disperse after people clashed with police, attacked a news crew and threw rocks.

Beck said lawbreakers wouldn?t be tolerated. "You come here again tonight, you will go to jail," he said.

"We are calling on people to practice peace," Garcetti said, ?to not let the dialogue sparked by Martin's death be silenced by any violence."

The warnings and pleas appeared to have been effective. A peaceful crowd of about 200 marched along downtown streets Tuesday evening, blocking traffic, the Los Angeles Times reported?on its website. But the group had dispersed by 8:30 p.m. (11:30 p.m. ET), the Times reported.

City leaders in Oakland, Calif., also called for protesters to be peaceful after a Monday night demonstration sank into chaos. Nine people were arrested and several businesses were vandalized. A businessman dining in a restaurant that was vandalized said a protester assaulted a waiter.

Oakland police told NBCBayArea.com that they were unaware of any planned protests for Tuesday night.

Interim Police Chief Sean Whent said Tuesday that his department was caught off guard and added no staffing ahead of the protests that erupted Saturday because he was unaware that the Zimmerman jury was deliberating on the weekend, NBCBayArea.com reported.

Meanwhile, the Rev. Al Sharpton announced vigils across the country that will be followed by marches in Tallahassee, Fla., and Washington, D.C.

?Florida will be the battleground of a new civil rights movement,? Sharpton said during a news conference with other clergy outside the Justice Department headquarters.

?We are not having a two- or three-day anger fit,? said Sharpton, who is president of the National Action Network and also hosts a show on MSNBC. ?This is a movement for social justice.?

Sharpton said the nationwide action has two goals: urging the Justice Department to move forward with a civil-rights probe of Zimmerman and repealing ?Stand Your Ground? self-defense laws that some say made it difficult to win a conviction in the case.

Rallies and vigils have been held by Martin supporters in major cities since a Florida jury found Zimmerman not guilty on Saturday night. They have been mostly peaceful, though 14 people were arrested Monday night in Los Angeles after a gathering descended into chaos with some people throwing rocks, attacking people and clashing with police, NBCLosAngeles.com reported.

Sharpton also urged all protesters to remain peaceful, saying Martin?s name should not be ?smeared with reckless violence.?

Fourteen people were arrested in Los Angeles after another night of protests over the acquittal of George Zimmerman over the weekend, putting the LAPD on tactical alert.

At the same time, he struck a fiery tone, saying, ?On Saturday night with the verdict we lost the battle, but the war is not over and we intend to fight.?

The first action will be Saturday, when Martin supporters will gather for an hour in front of federal buildings and courthouses in 100 cities ?calling on the Department of Justice to resume aggressively a civil rights investigation in this matter.?

The Justice Department launched a probe three weeks after the Feb. 26, 2012, shooting in Sanford, Fla., and it remains open. While Attorney General Eric Holder said this week that Martin?s death was ?unnecessary,? many legal experts doubt that the feds will bring hate crime charges against Zimmerman.

Zimmerman is of white and Hispanic descent and Martin was black, but state prosecutors did not make race a major issue during the trial. Defense lawyer Mark O?Mara has said race was not a factor in the confrontation and that if Zimmerman had been black, he never would have been arrested.

The volunteer neighborhood watchman, who pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder, claimed he shot the unarmed teen in self-defense after being attacked on a dark rainy night in the gated community.

A Trayvon Martin supporter confronts a Los Angles police officer during a demonstration in reaction to the acquittal of neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman on Monday, July 15, in Los Angeles.

While Zimmerman did not invoke Florida?s ?Stand Your Ground? law and ask for an immunity hearing before the trial, the jury?s instructions borrowed language from the law, specifying that if ?he was attacked in any place where he had a right to be, he had no duty to retreat and had the right to stand his ground and meet force with force.?

Sharpton said civil rights leaders will convene in Miami on July 23, 24 and 25 to plan a drive against ?Stand Your Ground? laws in Florida and other states and organize a major march in Tallahassee, the capital.

?We will be in Florida en masse,? he said.

On Aug. 24, there will be a march on Washington and Sharpton said corporations that support ?Stand Your Ground? laws will be economically targeted.

?As long as ?Stand Your Ground? is on the books, we will continue to have the potential of other Trayvon Martins,? he said.

One of the jurors told CNN on Monday that no one on the panel believed race played a part in the shooting and she had ?no doubt? that Zimmerman feared for his life and acted in self-defense.

Juror B37? recounted to CNN?s Anderson Cooper some of the behind-the-scene discussions that took place during jury deliberations. The woman said three members of the jury did want to acquit Zimmerman when they first began discussing the verdict, but changed the minds over the course of deliberations.

But late Tuesday, four out of the five other jurors released a statement asking for privacy and saying Juror 37?s public comments ?were her own, and not in any way representative of the jurors listed below.?

?Serving on this jury has been a highly emotional and physically draining experience for each of us,? the four women, identified only by their juror number, said in the statement. ?The death of a teenager weighed heavily on our hearts but in the end we did what the law required us to do.?

Decision in Montana boosts GOP chances in Senate

WASHINGTON (AP) ? Republicans received a boost in their attempt to win back the majority in the Senate next year when a former Democratic governor bowed out of Montana's open Senate race, a development that could further hamper President Barack Obama's agenda during his final two years in office.

Former Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer said Saturday he would not run for the seat of retiring Democratic Sen. Max Baucus in 2014, dealing a blow to Democrats who considered the popular ex-governor their best chance of keeping the office. Republicans have not settled on a candidate in GOP-leaning Montana.

Republicans need to pick up six seats to recapture the Senate majority and are trying to take advantage of geography and history in their quest. Democrats must defend 21 seats, including seven in largely rural states that Obama lost in 2012, and the party that controls the White House typically loses seats during the midterm elections of a second-term president.

"For the first time in a couple of years, you can see the Democratic majority has never been on shakier ground," said Rob Jesmer, a Republican strategist and former executive director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

Democratic retirements in Republican-leaning states like West Virginia and South Dakota have given Republicans an advantage. The GOP has recruited popular Republicans for those seats, Rep. Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia and former South Dakota Gov. Mike Rounds.

In Montana, Republicans hope to persuade Rep. Steve Daines or perhaps former Gov. Marc Racicot to mount a campaign, which could give them an edge in three of the six states they would need to win the majority.

The fate of the Senate could then be decided in four states that GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney won in 2012 and are held by Democratic incumbents: Mary Landrieu of Louisiana, Mark Pryor of Arkansas, Mark Begich of Alaska and Kay Hagan of North Carolina.

Republicans view Rep. Bill Cassidy of Louisiana as a strong challenger to Landrieu, a perennial GOP target, and hope Rep. Tom Cotton, a Harvard-educated lawyer who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, will challenge Pryor in Arkansas.

Alaska and North Carolina could offer unpredictable primaries. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the party's 2008 vice presidential nominee, said she may run for the Senate in the Republican primary against Lt. Gov. Mead Treadwell and Joe Miller, a tea party favorite. In North Carolina, state House Speaker Thom Tillis and Greg Brannon, a physician with tea party support, want to challenge Hagan, but they could be joined by others, including Rep. Renee Ellmers.

Prominent Republicans have passed up opportunities to run in states like Iowa and Michigan, where Democratic incumbents have announced their retirements. Reps. Bruce Braley of Iowa and Gary Peters of Michigan are seeking the open seats, giving Democrats an edge in keeping them.

Schweitzer's decision surprised many Democrats, who viewed him as their best chance in Montana despite recent reports about the ex-governor's ties to nonprofit groups that Republicans intended to raise in the Senate campaign. It jumbles the primary with a potential field of largely untested candidates that could include state auditor Monica Lindeen, state school Superintendent Denise Juneau, Brian Morris, a Montana Supreme Court justice, and Stephanie Schriock, the president of EMILY's List, the powerful fundraising group for Democratic women.

Democrats said they remained confident they could hold onto Montana's seat and maintained that Republicans would need to pull off major election victories to win back control.

"Only three Democratic incumbents have lost re-election in the last decade," noted Guy Cecil, the executive director of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, a reference to the defeats of Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle of South Dakota in 2004 and Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas and Russ Feingold of Wisconsin in 2010.

Obama's party, however, has fewer ways of going on offense. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky remains one of their top priorities for 2014, but Obama is unpopular in Kentucky and McConnell is building a large financial advantage against his likely Democratic opponent, Alison Lundergan Grimes, Kentucky's secretary of state.

Democrats also view potential success in Georgia, where Michelle Nunn, the daughter of former Democratic Sen. Sam Nunn, may enter the race. Georgia remains a Republican stronghold and several Republicans are vying for an open seat created by the retirement of Republican Sen. Saxby Chambliss.

Fifteen months before the 2014 midterms, Democrats say history could repeat itself. They say Republicans could face more polarizing primaries like the ones that created problems in 2012, when some tea party Republicans won bruising primaries over more mainstream Republican candidates and then faltered against Democrats.

"The map was always going to be a challenge but the Democratic incumbents are seasoned political veterans who have run difficult campaigns before and are not taking anything for granted," said Penny Lee, a Democratic strategist and former adviser to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev. "As 2012 proved, those who predict outcomes a year out do so at their own peril."

Chino steps down as Mescalero tribal president

MESCALERO, N.M. (AP) ? Fredrick Chino Sr. has resigned as president of southern New Mexico?s Mescalero Apache tribe.

The tribe made the announcement Friday but gave no details as to why Chino submitted his resignation.

Chino, a longtime tribal council member, was inaugurated as president in January 2012.

The Alamogordo Daily News reports (http://bit.ly/12vQ04b?) that in late May, Chino and Vice President Sandra Platero were each placed on paid administrative leave. The tribe said it made the move as part of a review of tribal activities but that no wrongdoing was alleged.

Council Member Alfred La Paz is now serving as acting president.

He says at the time Chino and Platero were put on leave, a number of council members had concerns about the level of communication among the president, vice president and council.

Placido Domingo leaves hospital after embolism

MADRID (AP) ? Opera singer Placido Domingo says he studied "Giovanna d'Arco" while being treated in a hospital for a blocked lung artery and hopes he will be able to sing at Salzburg this summer.

Domingo was released from a hospital in Madrid on Saturday and said he planned to attend a piano dress rehearsal of Daniel Catan's "Il Postino" in Madrid on Sunday night.

"I am very happy that I was released from the hospital yesterday and to be at home in Madrid for the next weeks with my family," he said in a statement sent to The Associated Press on Sunday by his representative, Nancy Seltzer. "At the same time I am very disappointed not to be able to perform in my home city, but hopefully if my recovery goes well and I feel healthy, I can continue with my planned performance schedule next month. "

He planned to speak to reporters at the "Il Postino" rehearsal.

Domingo's representative released details about his plans as he continues to recover from the pulmonary embolism.

In addition to appearance at the Salzburg Festival in Austria, he hopes to keep engagements in Verona, Italy, where he will sing and to conduct Operalia, the world opera competition.

The hospitalization forced him to cancel a handful of appearances, including the "Il Postino" series of shows at Teatro Real in Madrid.

On Saturday Domingo wrote "Going home" on his Twitter account, attaching a photograph of him opening a car door. Nicholas Marko, a personal assistant to Domingo, confirmed to the AP that the singer had left the hospital.

Alvaro Domingo, the tenor's son, said he expects his father to spend three weeks recuperating in Madrid, and that the 72-year-old singer isn't contemplating retirement.

Domingo, who is renowned for a vigorous work schedule, canceled six dates in Madrid this month, where he was to have sung the lead role in "Il Postino," after being hospitalized Monday.

Doctors said a blood clot caused the pulmonary embolism.

Domingo has maintained an active schedule since recovering from colon cancer surgery in 2010.

Unfortunately, BlackBerry?s upcoming BB7-powered smartphone, the BlackBerry 9270, appears to be a mid-range handset rather than a dirt-cheap budget phone, so ithttp://news.yahoo.com/blackberry-drum-business-old-software-blackberry-9720-photos-194041035.htmlTue, 09 Jul 2013 15:40:41 -0400BGR Newsblackberry-drum-business-old-software-blackberry-9720-photos-194041035Apps aim to help people get fit and stay fitBy Natasha Baker TORONTO (Reuters) - There's no shortage of health and fitness apps monitoring everything from sleep patterns to calories and caffeine consumption. One particularly pointed question came from a retail investor who called the United States launch of the flagship BlackBerry Z10 smartphone ?a disaster? that undermined BlackBerry?s claims that it was on the comeback trail. ?I personally watched the rollout of the Z10 in the U.S. and my sense is the rollout of the Z10 was a disaster,? he said. ?I talked to staff at many points of sales and they were inadequately trained or not trained at all? marketing materials were missing.?
